Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions in Waco, TX is seeking a Part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain the iconic Instant Coupon Machine, position at-shelf ads, and manage shopping cart promotions.

You will work flexible hours across a territory including Waco and nearby towns, earning competitive pay with gas reimbursement and paid training; must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle, 18+, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work independently.
• Strong attention to quality, detail and accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and time management required.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine.
• Set up at-shelf advertisements and shopping cart promotions.
• Cover assigned territory with efficient, accurate merchandising.
• Work with pace to meet store and client expectations.

Neptune Retail Solutions has immediate availability for a Part-time Retail Merchandiser who will specialize in the installation and maintenance of the iconic Instant Coupon Machine, at-the-shelf advertisements, and shopping cart ads.

This position offers:

The territory covered is Waco, China Spring, Clifton, Robinson, Axtell, Bremond, Groesbeck, Mexia, and Teague, TX. The territory averages 10- 20 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Take initiative
• Work well independently with a strong work ethic
• Display focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Demonstrate adaptability to the needs of our clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers
• Ensure all work interactions are met with excellent customer service skills and professionalism
