Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Retail Merchandising Representative to work in local stores on a weekly or bi-weekly basis with flexible hours. You will service stores within a 15-mile radius of your home and typically be scheduled for 8–13 hours per week, with workload varying seasonally.

As part of a national retail solution company, you will receive paid training, weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and opportunities across a range of part-time and full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations.
• Reliable transportation within 15-mile radius of home.
• Internet access with printing/downloading capabilities.
• Regular access to a smart device with data plan, app download, and photo upload capability.
• Active email address and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communication skills in person, by phone and via email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, boxcutter and hammer.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms.
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos.
• Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
• Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, Channel Partners corporate employees, partners and managers.

Description:

As an employee of Channel Partners, you will be assigned to work in retail stores on a weekly, bi-weekly and/or one-time basis. You will be responsible for servicing retail stores within a 15-mile radius of your home address and can expect part-time, varying hours from week to week. On average, you can expect to be scheduled 8-13 hours each week. Workload may vary drastically based on the time of the year.

Compensation:

• Employees are paid an in-store and online training hourly rate of $16.00 per hour
