Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a motivated individual for in-store merchandising support. You will help retailers by building displays, updating end caps, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; candidates must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. This is an on-site role with potential for additional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
