Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Merchandising setup associate to support visual merchandising installations, event setups, and in-store merchandising activities in Palm Beach, FL. This independent contractor role runs on 11/4–11/8 and 11/16–11/18, from 8am to 5pm.

You will organize visual assets, replenish inventory, and execute brand standards to ensure a customer-ready shopping environment. Experience in event setup or retail merchandising is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event setup, visual merchandising, or retail operations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.

Responsabilités

• Support visual merchandising setups, installations, and event executions.
• Organize, stage, inventory, and store assets and signage.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and asset management.
• Maintain organized work and storage areas.
• Follow security, safety, and operational procedures.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos using the Winston App.
• Report via smartphones for reporting (iOS/Android).
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand during the shift.

$16-$18 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

11/4-11/8 and 11/16-11/18 (8am-5pm)

Job Overview:

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Merchandising setup associate to support visual merchandising installations, event setups, and in-store merchandising activities. This hands-on role is responsible for organizing visual assets, maintaining merchandise presentation, replenishing inventory, and executing brand standards to ensure an engaging and customer-ready shopping environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support visual merchandising setups, installations, and event executions
• Organize, stage, inventory, and store visual assets, props, décor, and signage
• Assist with setting up, breakdown, packing, and asset management
• Maintain organized work and storage areas.
• Follow all security, safety, and operational procedures.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
• IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
• Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Experience & Skills:

• Previous experience in event setup, visual merchandising, retail operations, inventory support, warehouse operations, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to lift, move, unpack, and organize event materials and display assets.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet event deadlines.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with visual merchandising and event teams.
• Ability to follow security, safety, and operational procedures in a luxury retail environment
• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
