Job summary

SAS Retail Services in New Jersey is seeking a merchandiser to support in-store projects and shopper experiences. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate stock, and help maintain attractive, organized shelves across assigned stores.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed; willingness to work flexible hours and lift up to 50 lbs is needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with bias for action and results.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
