Job summary

SAS Retail Services in Summit, NJ is hiring for an in-store merchandiser to support retailers by building displays, end caps, and shelf resets while rotating stock to boost sales. You will interact with customers and store management in a friendly, energetic manner.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and ongoing team support. The role offers hourly pay and opportunities for additional hours and growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers by building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Work with store staff and management to ensure product placement and planograms are executed.
• Maintain safety and customer-service standards while representing SAS Retail Services.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
