Job summary

Winston Retail in Sparta, WI is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to stock floors, maintain presentation standards, and ensure a seamless shopping experience reflecting the brand identity.

You will work in stores, implement planograms, report through the Winston App on a smartphone, and collaborate with store teams. Eligible candidates have retail merchandising experience, a sharp eye for detail, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
• Communicate effective with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• Smartphones are required for reporting: IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer; Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.
