SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser in Sitka, AK to support store merchandising, build displays, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required; training provided. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork in a retail environment.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You're 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
