Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising support associate in Michigan to meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays, set end caps, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and enjoy working with customers. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed, with opportunities for additional hours and benefits.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
