Job summary

Retail Odyssey in Michigan is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and meet shoppers’ needs. You will help build displays, end caps, and rotate stock to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, and you will join a team that values initiative, reliability, and strong customer service. Benefit options include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness programs, and associate discounts.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
