Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser to keep the sales floor stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless shopping experience reflecting the brand identity.

Work is hands-on in stores, with independent contractor responsibilities and a project-based schedule. The role emphasizes teamwork, time management, and strong reporting via the Winston App.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong eye for detail and creativity in presenting merchandise.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed on time.
• Submit store visit reports with before/after photos and feedback via the Winston App.
• Smartphones required; iOS devices (iPhone 11+), Android devices (2020+ with recent OS).
• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Job Type: Independent Contractor

Pay: $16-$18 per hour (rate based on market and relevant experience)

Expected Hours: Varies, Project-Based

Job Overview

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
• Ability to liftto 25 pounds and stand for theentire shift

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merchandise
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
