Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as in-store merchandisers in Pittsfield, MA. You will support retailers by building displays, setting up end caps, and rotating stock, while gaining training and growth opportunities.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training, team support, and flexible hours. You’ll work with customers and management in a friendly, energetic environment and help maximize sales

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
