Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate in California. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to optimize sales. The role requires interacting with customers and store teams in a friendly, proactive manner.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• 18 years or older.
• Able to perform physical work: moving, bending, standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Works independently but can also contribute as part of a team.
• Maintains safety-first mindset in a retail environment.
