Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. You will engage customers and work with management to maximize sales opportunities in a retail environment.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; candidates must be 18+ and physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
