Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an entry-level in-store merchandising teammate in Oak Creek, WI. You will build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed; benefits and flexible hours may be available as you grow with the team.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.

About you

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Motivated self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
