Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring a part-time in-store merchandiser in Norwich, CT. You will support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; you should be comfortable with physical work (lift up to 50 lbs), and you will interact with customers and store management to deliver great service.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
