Job summary

Service Innovation Group is seeking Retail Specialists to visit retail stores and transform client displays into engaging, sales-driving experiences. You will craft visually appealing product presentations according to client briefs, ensuring merchandise shines in-store.

You will work to defined KPIs, communicate clearly with store staff, and help maximize point-of-sale impact. This role requires travel to multiple stores and a strong eye for detail in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver’s license required.
• Smartphone to complete store reporting.
• Strong in-store communication with teams.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores to implement client display briefs and planograms.
• Build relationships with store staff to achieve client objectives and improve sales.
• Ensure products are merchandised according to agreed plans.
• Identify and address stock availability issues at store level.
• Highlight and maximize POP/ POS items to boost brand awareness and sales.

The Role

• Building positive relationships in retailers with key contacts to achieve SIG’s client objectives and influence store sales performance
• Effectively communicate with store staff to clearly define visit objectives and review changes and future action plans
• Ensure client products are displayed and merchandised according to agreed planograms
• Work with stores to identify and fix stock availability issues
• Ensure all Point of Purchase/ Point of Sale items are effectively displayed to maximise end user and consumer brand awareness to increase sales
• You may be required to store a small amount of stock & equipment at home for work use
• Ability to adapt to change and react to short term activity objectives, delivering results positively and proactively
• Work to KPI’s, set by SIG clients, working to increase performance of both personal and team goals
