Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks in-store merchandising associates in Norfolk, VA. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided.

We offer $15.00 per hour, growth opportunities, flexible hours, and customizable benefits for eligible teammates. You must be 18+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
