Job summary

Retail Odyssey is hiring an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers by building displays, rotating stock, and keeping shelves stocked to maximize sales opportunities. You will work with store teams to ensure planograms are followed and customer experiences are smooth.

No prior experience is required; we provide training and ongoing support. This role offers hourly pay, flexible hours, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• Willing to perform physical merchandising tasks.
• Attentive to safety practices in retail environments.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
