Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking teammates to support in-store merchandising across retailers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to help maximize sales opportunities. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

We offer a starting wage of $14.00 per hour with opportunities for additional hours and benefits customized to meet your needs. You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
