Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for an in-store merchandiser role in Illinois. You will support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience is required and training is provided.

Additional hours may be available if requested. Ideal candidates are friendly, customer-focused, with reliable transportation and the ability to perform physical tasks up to 50 lbs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
