Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven Retail Merchandiser to keep shelves stocked, organized, and visually appealing across stores in the Lynnwood area. You will replenish inventory, uphold brand presentation standards, and help create an engaging shopping experience that reflects Winston Retail’s identity.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for the full shift, and report via our Winston App on a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or a related field.
• Familiar with planograms and visual directives.
• Strong attention to detail and presentation of merchandise.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability.
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device.
• Smartphones are required for reporting: IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer; Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift.

Job Overview

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
