Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory. Training is provided, and growth opportunities are available within the company.

You will interact with customers and management in a friendly, energetic manner and contribute to achieving store sales goals. No prior experience is required, with benefits and flexible hours offered where possible.

In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
