Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring for in-store merchandising roles in Vermont. You will build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to help retailers maximize sales opportunities. Training and team support are provided, with a focus on customer service and proactive problem-solving.

No prior experience required; 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible hours may be available and benefits can be customized to meet your needs.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
