Job summary

Advantage Solutions, in partnership with Retail Odyssey, is seeking a personable merchandising associate in Howell, MI to support in-store displays and inventory management.

You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help store teams maximize sales. No prior experience required as we provide training; must be 18 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs. This role offers flexible hours and employee benefits.

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
