Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store Merchandising Associates in the greater Cincinnati area with responsibilities including building displays, end caps, and shelf resets to optimize product visibility. The role offers on-site work, paid training, and opportunities for more hours.

You will interact with store leadership and customers, delivering friendly service and driving sales. No prior experience is required; training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Physically able to move, stand, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps to maximize visibility and sales.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and planogram adherence.
• Track inventory and assist with stock checks and replenishment.
