Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate in Harrisonburg, VA to support retailers by building displays, resetting shelves, and managing product rotation. You will track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities and deliver strong customer service.

Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
