Retail Odyssey is seeking an in-store merchandiser in Ohio to support retailers by building displays, organizing end caps, and refreshing shelves with product rotation. You will track inventory and help maximize sales opportunities across stores and with suppliers.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with opportunities for growth within the company and a benefits package to meet your family's needs.

Qualifications

• Capable of performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You’re 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
