Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising teammate in Goleta, CA. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; 18+ and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs are required. Competitive wages begin at $19 per hour with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years merchandising experience or related customer-facing work.
• 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to learn and train on the job; strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support for retailers.
