Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser in the Fairhope, AL area to install and maintain in-store advertising assets, including Instant Coupon Machines, at-shelf ads and shopping cart promotions.

You will cover Gulf Shores, Spanish Fort, Orange Beach, Daphne, Robertsdale, Fairhope, and Foley, with an average weekly workload of 10–13 hours. A valid license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must work well independently with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Provide excellent customer service and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine and at‑the‑shelf advertisements.
• Manage shopping cart ads and in‑store activations.
• Travel within Gulf Shores, Spanish Fort, Orange Beach, Daphne, Robertsdale, Fairhope, Foley, AL.
• Enjoy flexible hours with ~10–13 hours per week.

The territory averages 10 -13 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Take initiative
• Work well independently with a strong work ethic
• Display focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Demonstrate adaptability to the needs of our clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers
• Ensure all work interactions are met with excellent customer service skills and professionalism
