Neptune Retail Solutions in Clarkdale, AZ is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine, manage at-the-shelf ads, and coordinate shopping cart promotions. This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, gas reimbursement and paid training.

The territory includes Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Sedona, Cornville, Lake Montezuma, Rimrock and nearby areas. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, own vehicle, can lift 25 pounds, and work well

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine at store locations.
• Set up at-shelf advertisements and shopping cart ads.
• Represent Neptune Retail Solutions across the Clarkdale/Cottonwood/Sedona area to ensure promo execution.

The territory covered is Cottonwood, Camp Verde, Sedona, Cornville, Lake Montezuma, Clarkdale and Rimrock, AZ. The territory averages 4-10 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• In-store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Take initiative
• Work well independently with a strong work ethic
• Display focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Demonstrate adaptability to the needs of our clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers
• Ensure all work interactions are met with excellent customer service skills and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and time-efficient

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, repetitive bending, lifting and stretching, driving during the day/night.
