Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant in Chelsea, MA. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support.

We offer $17.00–$18.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth, flexible hours, and customizable benefits including wellness programs and discounts.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation to maintain freshness and planograms.
