Job summary

Survey Merchandiser is seeking independent contractors to work as Retail Merchandisers for a project in Carmel, IN, paying $20/hr. This is a retail-focused role requiring prior merchandising experience and strong POG/reset skills.

You will assemble displays, endcaps, and shelving, reorganize shelves per layout, and document work via the Survey Merchandiser App. The role offers flexible assignments, on-demand gigs, and fast Pay through OpenForce.

Qualifications

• Proven retail merchandising experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App.
• 18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Business casual dress code on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Print your Sign-Off Sheet and LOA before arriving.
• Complete the survey in the app, upload required photos, and answer all questions.
• Review the completed work with the manager and obtain signature on the Sign-Off Sheet.
• Complete the reset according to the planogram and project instructions.
• Locate shipped tags and puck racks with assistance from store staff.
• Check in with Customer Service and introduce yourself as Survey representative.

Schedule & Hours

• Pay: $20/hr
• Date:Sept 14th, 2026.
• Start Time: 7:00 AM
• Arrival:Must arrive15 minutes early
• Estimated time: 3-6hrs

Requirements (Must Have)

• Experience:Provenretailmerchandising experience
• Physical Ability:Lift up to 50lbs; stand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
• Technology:Smartphone (iPhone or Android) with the Survey Merchandiser App
• Other:18+, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation
• DressCode:Business casual: closed-toe shoes, long pants, plainshirtor polo.Not allowed: shorts, tank tops, graphic shirts, sandals, dirty clothing, or personal phone use on the sales floor
