Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring in Carlsbad, NM to provide in-store merchandising support for retailers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and help ensure inventory is accurate to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and serving customers with a friendly, enthusiastic attitude.

• 18+ years old.
• Able to move, bend, stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to/from work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to help stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with store management and teammates to ensure planogram compliance.
