Job summary

Retail Odyssey, an Advantage Solutions company, is hiring an in-store merchandising associate in Bucyrus, Ohio. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate stock, and track inventory to help retailers maximize sales.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You should be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, interact with customers in a friendly way, and have reliable transportation to the work location. Competitive hourly wages start at $14.00.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
