Job summary

Advantage Solutions, through Retail Odyssey, seeks an in-store merchandising associate to build displays, reset shelves, and track inventory to boost sales for retailers. No prior experience required as training and team support are provided.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation to work. Excellent customer service and a proactive mindset are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
