Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company seeks Retail Merchandisers to execute in-store merchandising for leading CPG brands at major retailers. In this field-based role, you will stock and rotate products, implement planograms, build displays, verify pricing, and ensure shelves are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.

You’ll visit assigned stores on a regular schedule, capture basic data and photos, and communicate with store personnel and your supervisor.

Qualifications

• Detail orientation and accuracy in execution.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in retail environments or customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication with store personnel and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Stock and rotate products according to planograms.
• Implement planograms and merchandising standards.
• Build and display product placements at stores.
• Verify pricing and ensure correct shelf tags.
• Keep shelves clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Visit assigned stores on schedule and report progress.
• Capture basic data and photos for store records.
