Job summary

Neptune Retail Solutions is hiring a Part-time Retail Merchandiser in Sunsites, AZ. You will install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine and at-shelf ads, ensuring proper displays and signage across assigned stores.

The role covers a territory including Safford, Thatcher, Wilcox, Pima, Clifton, Sunsites, Duncan and Ft Thomas, AZ with 1–6 hours of work per week. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a reliable vehicle, 18+ years old, able to lift 25 pounds, and capable of working

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Take initiative and work well independently with a strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain the Instant Coupon Machine and at-shelf advertisements and shopping cart ads
• Represent Neptune Retail Solutions in stores and ensure signage and displays are properly set up
• Coordinate with local retailers and adapt to client needs within the assigned territory

The territory covered is Safford, Thatcher, Wilcox, Pima, Clifton, Sunsites, Duncan and Ft Thomas, AZ. The territory averages 1-6 hours per week.

Position Requirements

• In‑store Representatives must have a valid driver's license and a reliable, insured and registered personal vehicle (For some city assignments, representatives may choose alternate transportation, such as a bus or subway)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Take initiative
• Work well independently with a strong work ethic
• Display focused attention to quality, detail, and accuracy
• Demonstrate adaptability to the needs of our clients, retailers, customers, and coworkers
• Ensure all work interactions are met with excellent customer service skills and professionalism
• Strong organizational skills and time‑efficient
• Access to computer, internet and printer
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time, repetitive bending, lifting and stretching, driving during the day/night.
