Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser for in-store work in Ardmore, OK. You will replenish inventory, maintain presentation standards, and help create a seamless shopping experience reflecting the brand’s identity.

This independent contractor role requires planogram execution, time management, and clear communication with store management. You must be able to lift 25 pounds and report via the Winston App on a smartphone.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail merchandising or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.
• Keen eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel and hardline merch.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with company/store standards.

Job Overview

Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven merchandiser. You'll play a key role in ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. You will be working hands-on in stores to replenish inventory, maintain product presentation standards, and help create a seamless and engaging shopping experience that reflects the brand’s identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company and store standards
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time management and accountability
• Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing feedback, using our Winston App on a smart device
• Smartphones are required for reporting:
  • IOS: Use an iPhone 11 or newer
  • Android: Use a 2020 or newer device with an OS no more than four versions behind the latest
• Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand for the entire shift
