Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking in-store merchandisers in Appleton, WI. You will build displays, reset shelves, and manage inventory to boost sales while delivering excellent customer service.

No experience is required as training and team support are provided; competitive hourly wages and growth opportunities are offered, with potential for additional hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities for stores and suppliers.
• Collaborate with store management and team to ensure timely execution of planograms.

This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. Now, about you:

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• You're 18 years or older
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
