Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards; may be cross-trained in multiple store areas.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following procedures.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain safety and cleanliness.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness.
