Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Ensure excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping store clean.
• Organize truck delivery and prioritize processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicate with Coordinator on Duty for smooth flow of goods.
• Monitor productivity and coach as necessary.
• Maintain backroom organization and signage standards.
• Promote safety, recycling, and hazardous waste programs.
