Responsabilités

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers while upholding customer experience principles.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures and supports shrink reduction goals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
