Responsibilities

• Accurately rings purchases/returns and counts change back.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and follows standards.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per procedures.
• Initiates/store recovery as needed during the day.
• Maintains cleanliness and recovery standards for the floor.
• Provides and accepts recognition and feedback.
• Adheres to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and programs.
• Participates in safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
