CoMark is a rapidly growing sales and marketing firm that partners with brands to strengthen their retail presence and drive in-store performance. We are seeking a hands-on Retail Marketing Associate to join our on-site team in Charlotte, NC, supporting campaigns, customer interactions, and brand awareness at partnered locations.

You will work closely with marketing and sales teams, participate in product training, and help drive growth through in-store activities and customer relations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales, marketing, customer service, or retail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute retail campaigns that increase customer engagement and support sales growth.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while promoting products and services.
• Interact directly with customers in retail environments to increase brand awareness and generate sales.
• Attend client product training sessions and confidently communicate product features and benefits to customers.
• Identify sales opportunities and consistently work toward meeting or exceeding performance goals.
