Menards Inc. in Michigan is hiring for a paid Manager Trainee, a full-time, hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for Menards Management. You will rotate through departments and work with managers to learn operations and people leadership.

As you progress, your General Management team and Store Team Members will help you build the knowledge to assume a management role across our 330+ locations. Our promote-from-within culture supports advancement and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence in a retail environment.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Leadership experience or a business degree is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Participate in a paid, full-time Manager Trainee program to learn retail management.
• Progress through the program to prepare for a store management role.
• Collaborate with General Management and Store Team Members to develop leadership skills.
