Bass Pro Shops in Hammond, IN is seeking a Retail Manager to supervise sales departments, manage merchandising, inventory, pricing and staff development. You will ensure a world-class shopping experience and meet financial plans.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong leadership, data interpretation, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. You will lead interviews, schedule, and coach a service-oriented team to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience overseeing multiple departments.
• Strong financial literacy including discounts and pricing calculations.
• Ability to interpret data, write reports, and present to managers.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and POS/inventory systems.
