Responsibilities include opening/closing, staffing, performance reviews, and executing sales plans while achieving financial targets. Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, experience with POS and inventory systems required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in Retail Management with responsibility for one or more Sales Departments.
• Ability to calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages; read and analyze reports; and write business correspondence.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience leading teams; proficient with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, POS and inventory systems.
