Bass Pro Shops in Bristol, TN is seeking a Retail Manager (Operations) to supervise the Front End and Receiving End, ensuring top-notch customer service, accurate inventory, pricing, and display standards.
You will lead hiring, training, and performance reviews, open/close the store, and drive sales plans while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, associate development, and delivering a legendary shopping experience.
The Retail Manager (Operations) will supervise the Front End (customer service & cashiering) and Receiving End (inventory) departments within the store to include the merchandise presentation, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, staff selection and development and customer service activities.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management, with responsibility for one or more Sales Departments.
