Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring a Manager in Training (MIT) to support retail store operations and prepare for future leadership roles. This hands-on program focuses on tire and auto service sales, customer engagement, and operational excellence.

The 90-day training leads to potential Store Manager placement or a market-based role, with a subsequent pay adjustment if needed. The program emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and strong customer focus, with clear milestones

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Interest in retail management and willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations including inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
• Learn to lead and coach teammates, assist with scheduling, and contribute to team development.
• Engage with customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in store duties such as unloading shipments, tire changes, and store cleanliness.
